What is SR-22?
An SR-22 is a document which serves as proof of vehicle liability insurance coverage. A driver may be required to file an SR-22 following any of the below circumstances:
- DUI conviction
- Serious moving violation
- Repeated minor traffic violations
- Driving without insurance
- Suspended or revoked license
